Join Lindsay Erickson - Reiki Master Teacher - for an all-inclusive restorative Reiki retreat in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley.
We'll be hosted by 1Tribe Farm, a sustainable farm and event space in Mount Sidney, VA committed to regenerating the soil and souls, bringing people together through connection with the land and community.
During your retreat weekend, all of your needs will be taken care of as you have the time and space to relax into the healing power of energetic self-care and Reiki in a supportive and like-minded community.

Brand New to practicing Reiki? No Problem!
Arrive a day early (October 6) and Lindsay will teach you everything you need to know to enjoy the FULL retreat experience! An immersive introduction to Reiki like this one is ideal.
Completion of Reiki Level I is needed to participate in this retreat, so this add-on is a great way to take care of that if needed!

Reiki Level 3.5 Master Teacher Training:
Ready to learn how to teach others Reiki?
Begin and end your retreat weekend with a Reiki Level 3.5 Master Teacher Training.
You will get to shadow a full Level I class and receive 4 additional hours of in-person instruction, preparing you to teach your own Reiki Level I and Level II classes.

1Tribe Farm is situated on more than 300 acres in Augusta County, Virginia, driving distance from DC, Richmond and Charlotte. The farm's mission is to provide a retreat space where guests can renew their spirits and reconnect with nature through restful accommodations and nourishment, both physical and spiritual.
Comfortable shared accommodations will be provided in 1Tribe's two sister properties: The Summit House and charming Farmhouse. We will be filling The Summit House first, and utilizing the Farmhouse as needed.

Jennifer Matthaei Cottrell, IAYT yoga therapist, E-RYT200 is returning to prepare her nourishing and mostly vegetarian meals for guests throughout the weekend, and we are so grateful!
Her creations are flavorful, healthy, satisfying, and mindful of any dietary requests. Ingredients will be organic and locally sourced when possible. Vegetarian and gluten free options will be available with every meal.
Jennifer has had private instruction in Cuban, Indian, Korean, and Thai cooking from restaurant owners and friends, and possesses a true love of food, and a passion for the Zen of food preparation. As a Certified Yoga Therapist and Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, she loves to incorporate Ayurvedic principles in the kitchen. She is an avid recipe researcher, and loves to try out her newest discoveries in her home test kitchen on her husband, David, and his friends.
