If you are curious about energy and how it helps you access more authentic health and happiness within yourself and the world, learning the Japanese art of Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a great place to start.
Reiki is an easy-to-learn, hands-on energetic self-care tool that requires no prior experience or background. Just bring an open mind and you'll be set!
Reiki is a safe and effective healing approach for: stress, anxiety, worry, physical imbalances, recovery from illness or surgery, sleep issues, exhaustion, feelings of "stuckness," and more.
It works through a body-based, meditative technique that amplifies your connection to healing energy. In class you will learn how to access it anytime, anywhere.
With the use of Reiki, most people notice feeling better in their body, their mind and life, with a greater sense of peace and wellbeing, even when facing challenging life circumstances.

In this training you will be "attuned" to the Reiki energy and learn self-Reiki, which is the heart of Level I. You will also be introduced to one method for sharing Reiki with others.

- How to practice Reiki as a self-care tool
- How to share Reiki with others
- Reiki meditation practice

You will then be prepared to continue on to Reiki Level II, if you so choose, with a training be offered the following day on April 30!
