Over the weekend Lindsay will guide you through a series of self-care experiences, rooted in the wisdom of our seven primary energy centers, our Chakras. We'll draw inspiration from our natural surroundings, spending much of our time out in the fresh air on 1Tribe's farmland.
Yoga, healthy meals, and evenings underneath the stars will also be a part of our shared experience. You can plan to return home feeling rejuvinated, recentered, and in touch with seven specific ways to continue taking care of your own energetic wellbeing.
