The Location

1Tribe Farm is situated on more than 300 acres in Augusta County, Virginia, within driving distance of DC, Richmond and Charlotte. The farm's mission is to provide a retreat space where guests can renew their spirits and reconnect with nature through restful accommodations and nourishment, both physical and spiritual.

This fully operational farm uses regenerative practices intended to heal the land and the people tending to it. Upon arrival you can't help but take a deep sigh and soak up the harmony of this beautiful place.

The Accommodations & Rates

Three accommodation options are available, on a first come, first served basis. All rooms are outfitted with queen beds. If you plan to share a private accommodation with another person (one queen bed, two people), you will choose double occupancy for a discounted rate.

Option 1: Private Micro Cabins

These rustic, charming cabins make 1Tribe the magical place it is. Ten standalone cabins are situated on a hillside, overlooking 1Tribe's gardens and gathering space.

Each one is outfitted with a comfortable queen bed, dresser, bedside table, screened windows, french doors and personal deck.

There is no electricity or A/C, and that's part of the charm! It's glamping at its finest. Enjoy the cool Shenandoah nights and fresh air, and wake up feeling refreshed! :-)

You will have access to a shared bathhouse with electricity and hot water that offers incredible (and fully private!) outdoor showers. Indoor showers are also available in the Farmhouse.

$948 for Single Occupancy

$769 per person for Double Occupancy

Option 2: Private Farmhouse Room

There are two private and thoughtfully decorated rooms located within the farmhouse, each with one queen bed.

These cozy spaces do have electricity and A/C, and access to two shared full baths (one upstairs and one downstairs). Of course, if you want to experience the bliss of the outdoor showers, you are welcome!

Option 3: Shared Farmhouse Room

There is one large shared room located within the farmhouse, ideal for two friends attending together.

The Food

At 1Tribe, we’re all about transparency in food: how it was produced and how it got to your plate. This is why we welcome any visitors to ask questions, schedule a farm tour, and get to see for themselves the difference our regenerative practices are making for the land, the animals, for us–and for our communities.

Chef Palmer will prepare gourmet meals that incorporate the seasonal bounty of the land. All dietary requests can be accommodated if communicated during the registration process. Chef Palmer's smile and equally infectious joy endear you not only to his food but to the man himself. His excitement over pairing both flavors and friends fuels his passion to bring people together at the table. His palate and ability to pair ingredients shine forth as his guests discover a culinary experience as they've never had before.

We truly believe that farming practices like ours are part of future climate solutions & more resilient communities–and that coming to stay at the farm for a few days is one of the best ways to really understand what we mean for yourself.
