Join me twice this month for a 75 minute online unwind Yin Yoga practice.
Classes will be offered on the following dates in June, and you are welcome to sign up for both!

Yin Yoga is a very grounding practice, and one that can serve us so well, especially when we're carrying stress in body or mind. Practicing Yin Yoga in the evening is a great way to release the day and prepare for a good night's rest.

As we mindfully move through our practice, your body and mind will be given time and space to rest as tension is released in support of your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Recommended Props for Class:
- A yoga mat (or soft surface like carpeting)
- 2 Pillows or a Bolster
- 2 Blankets or Towels
