Reiki Refresher: Online Workshop

Revisit the foundations of Reiki, and gain confidence in your practice. Attend one or both Sessions taking place on Sunday, September 12.

Session 1: Reiki Level I Refresh (3:00 - 4:30 PM EST): $32 Investment

Session 2: Reiki Level II Refresh (4:45 - 6:15 PM EST): $32 Investment

Sessions 1 & 2: Reiki Level I & II Refresh (3:00 - 6:15 PM EST): $60 Investment

This workshop is designed for those who would like to refresh and practice the fundamental aspects of Reiki in a group setting.

Session 1 is open to anyone attuned to Reiki Level I or more. Together we will revisit:

• Reiki hand positions/self-Reiki practice
• Reiki Principles and how they relate to our lives
• Gassho Meditation and how to use it with Reiki
• Applications for Reiki in your day-to-day life

Session 1 will also include a guided Self-Reiki Practice and time to discuss any questions you have related to Reiki or your self-practice.

Session 2 is open to anyone attuned to Reiki Level II or more. Together we will revisit the:

• Reiki Symbols taught in Level II: when and how to use them
• Three methods for sharing Distance Reiki, and when each may be most helpful
• Chakra Connection technique and how to share it with yourself or others

Session 2 will also include time to discuss any questions you have related to Reiki and sharing it with others whether informally or as part of your profession.
