Join Lindsay online for a 2 hour holistic retreat experience. You will be guided through a mini yin yoga practice, nervous system relaxation tools, reflection prompts and intention setting. All in service of helping you feel centered and grounded for the month and season ahead. This is the perfect way to take care of yourself as we begin the transition from winter to spring. This retreat provides: - Time and space to nourish your body and mind. - Simple and valuable tools to "reset" body and mind when all you have is a few minutes time. - A mini Yin-Yoga practice. - A guided reflection session to help you feel anchored and centered for the month and season ahead. - Time to connect with supportive community. - And more!
