Peace of Mind & Heart Sessions
Finding harmony within your self is healing within itself.
Each private session is customized to meet you where you are. We'll begin by discussing what led you to schedule a session, and anything else you'd like to share. From there, I will draw on a variety of healing modalities that help to clear stagnation, blockages and heaviness from the body, mind and heart, which in turn creates more space for your body's wisdom to move freely within and tend to all of you.
My aim is always to help you cultivate a deeper connection to peace and harmony within yourself, as I believe that is the root of our sustained wellbeing and capacity to meet all of life's circumstances from a place of inner-strength.
My sessions are safe for all ages and work in harmony with and are complementary to other forms of physical and mental health care.
Every session is customized to meet you where you are. Given current circumstances, all meetings are taking place via Zoom (or telephone at your request).

Yoga is a beautiful way to deepen the connection you have with your Self. It is a practice that meets you wherever you are: physically, mentally, emotionally, no matter what state you are in.
Through gentle, mindful movement, guided imagery and breath work, my classes support students in the experience of being present with their bodies, minds and hearts. This presencing allows individuals to connect with the inner peace and harmony that resides within each of us, and what it feels like to live from that place.
As a student of Indira Kate Kamblach & Avani Gilbert, I am trained in multi-dimentional gentle flow and yin yoga, Chakra yoga, as well as pranayama (breath work) and meditation.

Reiki, an energy healing modality that focuses on cultivating and sharing unconditional love & harmony, is for everyone.
Learning Reiki is too, particularly if you are interested in exploring energy and its role in your health & wellbeing. It is a wonderful way to offer yourself support every day, and you may even find yourself sharing it with others in your life.
There is no experience, particular background, or profession needed in order to make Reiki a part of your life.
Reiki is a safe and effective tool to help address stress, anxiety, feelings of imbalance, or dis-ease.
While we can never anticipate how Reiki will work, we can always know that it is in service of our greatest good.
Although Reiki is not a secret practice, it does remain quite sacred. If you are feeling called to explore the tradition, I hope you will join me for an upcoming training.
