This is a wonderful way to receive steady, consistent energetic care - whether it be in service of your overall wellbeing, or for something specific that's been showing up in your life.
Every day for three days in a row I will send you 10-minutes of focused energetic support for your body, mind and spirit, in service of an intention of your choosing (feel free to get as specific as you'd like!).
You will not need to adjust your own schedule to receive this Reiki offering - that is beauty of Reiki! I can share it with you no matter where you are, or what you are doing.
That being said, each day after sending you Reiki, I will text you a brief voice message with supportive words :-)
During the booking process, you will be asked a few questions to ensure that I am meeting your specific intention.
After the , I will send a follow up email to check in and see how the experience was for you.
